Man Hunt REVIEW! #1653

Name of the book – Man Hunt

Name of the author – Priya Kumar

The plot of the book is an assortment of small stories of different people who are, in one way or another, connected to The Nagarjuna Forest Reserve. The most important issue presented is the environmental impact arising from anthropological activities. I loved the character Bhikku his power to stay resilient and face problems was brilliant and of course, he was a monk his teachings and ideologies were brilliant too. There is something in his character that attracts you towards him like some divine power. Also, the best part of the book is that it is soon going to be a Zee 5 web series.

There are many secrets to explore which involve dirty politics, illegal experiments, and murder. This book imparted a distinctive philosophy, something that is needed in a troubled world like ours. This book has a spiritual or stoic vibe which I liked the most. Many characters are parallelly developing in the book. So, a reader has to be attentive without getting confused. The novel in many ways resonates with our day-to-day encounters.

The emotions, the drama, the internal politics, the mental dwelling of a dishonest man, Kumar has left no stone unturned to make the novel more gripping. With each page, you will learn something about human behavior or their greed or nature. Overall this book is very informative and one must read it. Being a non-fiction kind, self-help book, it was brought in front of us with a fiction touch which made it feel rare and different. If you are a person who loves the wild like me, this is the book for you.

Rating of the book – 4⭐/5⭐
